The Company
Our name is synonymous with advanced technology and know-how in the field of construction and modification of special vehicles. Since 1970, Z. MANTOS S.A. has been actively involved in the construction of semi-haul/tractable vehicles, tank trucks, refuse collection trucks and ambulances. In 1985, the company decided to focus towards the specialized modification of ambulances and mobile laboratories. Today, we are able to offer a great variety of different versions of vehicles, creating fully equipped mobile units according to the needs and use for which they are intended. Our services include the construction of ambulances, military vehicles, shop-vans for security units on different chassis, trucks, vans, semi-haul/ Tractable, freezer trucks, and canteens.
The factory:
Our factory and headquarters are located in the industrial area of Acharnes. The fact that the manufacturing process takes place within Attica is another strong point. We are able to communicate better with our customers, something which facilitates the constant appraisal and improvement of our services. At the same time, our vertical production process enables us to produce and deliver our vehicles strictly within the designated deadlines. In addition, taking advantage of the many access points between Attica and the rest of Greece, we also provide our high quality services to places outside Attica.
Custom-made production and performance:
Z.MANTOS ABEE has established a flexible custom-made production system. In every new order we receive, it is imperative that the specifications we apply fully satisfy the customer's requirements. As a consequence, the production process is always readjusted temporally and linearly. We apply advanced project management techniques, such as Delphi, and are able to achieve the timeframes and deadlines agreed to in our contracts.
Quality & Measurability:
Our quality management system complies with the EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. Furthermore, our company applies the EN1789:1999 criteria in the construction of ambulances. Our key priorities are the minimization of faulty products and the adherence to the requirements stipulated by our customers. Our management applies a performance measurement system on a daily basis.
All our vehicles bear a vehicle authentication number according to ISO3779, 3780 and 3833.
